When a pretty actress wears a skirt out in public she’s just inviting upskirt photos. Especially if she’s getting in an out of cars, sitting down or bending over. That’s where this picture comes into play. It’s too bad for shadows because with just a slight angular adjustment, we might ahve found out once and for all whether Rachel Bilson wears underwear, and if so, what color, and if she doesn’t, does her kitty have hair, if so how is it maintained? Does she have a hairy bush or a landing strip or even a perm? Maybe she’s going for the bald look. Now we’ll never know – until the next Rachel Bilson upskirt.
